Infrastructure
Operating on a 16-acre greenfield site, this state-of-the-art manufacturing plant features a 400 kl reactor capacity distributed among various sizes. The facility is established and operates in strict compliance with international regulatory standards and provides comprehensive infrastructure and services for the production of pharmaceutical bulk drugs (APIs) and intermediates. An efficient Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department underpins the facility’s commitment to quality, supported by adequate storage, maintenance, and transportation. A closely managed and dedicated team of technical and commercial professionals ensures operational reliability, flexibility, and a pursuit of excellence in product quality.
Our multi-level manufacturing blocks are engineered with quality-bydesign air-handling units adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The entire facility design complies with stringent regulatory standards including USFDA, EUGMP, Schedule-M, ICH guidelines, and other relevant norms.

Production Capacity
Designed for high-quality pharmaceutical production, the manufacturing plant features multi-level blocks with cGMP-compliant, quality-by-design air-handling units. The plant’s production capacity includes 70 reactors of varying sizes (0.1 KL to 9.0 KL), resulting in a total reactor volume of approximately 400 KL. Utility systems are strategically isolated from manufacturing zones to minimize congestion and eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.

Capabilities
We maintain well-organized GEP procedures, supported by an experienced technical team and comprehensive facilities that include an engineering materials warehouse, a fabrication and maintenance workshop, and centralized utilities with power backup.
Our warehouse efficiently handles all incoming raw materials, packing materials, and finished products, with designated storage conditions and separate facilities for gases, hazardous chemicals, and solvents.
We leverage our technical expertise to implement ecofriendly and cost-effective process technologies that ensure standard impurity profiles by avoiding costly solvents and hazardous reagents, utilizing milder reaction conditions, and minimizing waste. Our teams have broad experience in both conventional and catalyzed chemical reactions.
